"Ursula Rabe recently did a reading for my 3 year old dog Rosie Blossom. I got her when she was 8 weeks old. She is an adorable  and lovable girl. She insists on going with me at all times wherever that might be. She gets very excited when we arrive at our destination by squealing as loudly as possible. Really, she sounds as though I am hurting her. She runs around frantically as soon as she gets out of the car, squealing and gently nipping my legs. Rosie Blossom also has tremendous car anxiety. “Hi Ursela I have attached a few photos of Buttercup for this testimonial regarding your healing session with Buttercup and the effect that has had on her health and well-being. Based on two sightings of her, we had focused our search in an area that is about 3 miles SE of our home but to no avail. "I just wanted to say that our beloved GRINGO was found on October 26th!!! He was lost for 7 weeks !! "I contacted Ursela in hopes of getting help with Levi, my 10 month old Pyrenees, that had been on a week and a half barking-nonstop-episode. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, why he was barking nonstop day and night, why he wasn't acting like his usual self. He forgot all leash commands (or refused to do them), he wouldn't come into the house to calm down, he wouldn't listen at all during that time. We live in a neighborhood, so I was worried someone might call Animal Control on him for unruly barking, or do even worse. In addition to that situation, my Pyr has allergies and I needed help with that.		Levi
We set up a time and Ursela had suggested that I try to get Levi inside while I was on the call with her so I could see if any changes occurred with him during our conversation. I told her I would try, but that I couldn't promise anything since he had refused to come in during his week and a half bark-a-thon. Five or ten minutes before our session, I went outside to try to get Levi in and I found him standing at the front door, wanting in. I calmly rushed to get him in for the phone call, elated that he wanted in - especially for the call! Ursela called me promptly to do our session. Levi was inside with me so Ursela could talk to him, and so I could watch for any changes. Yes, he actually came in right before our scheduled phone session! Ursela told me she had connected with him before the call. He listened! Levi and Ursela connected, and he told her the reason he had been barking so much was because a couple of young men were contemplating breaking into my house and that he had to scare them away. Ursela told him that he could bark only when there was imminent danger, but not nonstop for days on end. She (and I) understood that he's there to protect us, and so he is welcome to give warning barks, but to not bark continuously like he had been doing. Ursela even suggested a Feng Shui solution for our protection, and - to make a long story short - within a couple of days, that someone, who Levi had told us about, was arrested after breaking into the house right next door to me. In addition, the other one was arrested for probation violation within hours of each other. I live in a nice rural neighborhood, which just happens to have two bad families living on my street. So, Levi was doing his job and had sensed more than I had, and he was protecting us. I had even been willing to take Levi back to the farm where his brothers and sister and parents work sheep. I wanted Ursela to ask him if he wanted to go back to the farm. He said he wanted to be with me, though an occasional visit to see his brothers and sister would be nice. After talking with Ursela, Levi went over and laid down in one of his favorite spots in the house, and fell fast asleep. He was FINALLY calm! Levi continued to be himself that next day. All was well, until night time, and he began the barking all over again. I know Pyrs bark alot, but this was beyond that! I let Ursela know and she said he got carried away, and he would do better. Well, ever since then, he has done GREAT! He is himself again, he listens to me (for the most part), he does his warning barks, and he is taking his job of guarding us very seriously. But, he has never done what he did that week and a half again. Ursela has really helped Levi calm down and understand when it is necessary to bark. For all of you out there reading this that know about Pyrenees, please know that I do know it's Levi's job to bark. But, the incident I'm talking about was very different, very unlike him. He was very out of sorts. Thanks to Ursela, he is himself again.
I think back on it now, and I believe Levi wouldn't stop barking during that time because he was trying to tell me what was going on, but I didn't realize the intensity of the situation, so he continued to bark. If he ever does that again, I will certainly know Levi is picking up on something that I am yet unaware of, but that I will trust that he knows what he's doing. And, I will contact Ursela again, if need be, to help us out. Also, Ursela had some suggestions about Levi's allergies, and I am following those suggestions. I have just noticed hair growing where he had some hot spots! So, I want to thank Ursela for the assistance she gave Levi and I!!!!! Long story short, it was not even two months later that Calhoun collapsed in our yard one hot, July evening. For two hours, he laid there barely breathing, salivating and obviously in intense, abdominal pain. I sat next to him sobbing, convinced he was dying. I called Ursela. Calhoun rebounded. At Ursela’s insistence, I started preparing Calhoun’s food. (I simmer a whole, organic chicken, veggies and herbs for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. I debone the meat and pour the broth and veggies into a separate bowl. Daily, I heat a few cups of the broth, veggies and chicken, add his supplements and a sprinkle of kibbles (I like the Zignature brand) and … voila … a meal fit for a King!! This may sound like a lot of work but really it isn’t. I get lots done while the chicken is simmering and each batch lasts around 5 days. More importantly, his food is much healthier and cheaper than the commercial counterparts.) Calhoun loves to sit and watch me assemble his breakfast. It is really our special time. Within three weeks, friends and clients (we work from our home) asked if we had a new Lab???? I only wish I had cooked for him earlier! BUT THERE IS MORE … recently, Calhoun started acting very, very strangely. Right around Thanksgiving, every evening he would start salivating, panting and shaking. We had just started using the wood stove so I thought he was sensitive to the heat but we barely had the house heated to 70 degrees and he had never behaved this way before. Calhoun loves his bed and has ALWAYS been content to sleep/stay there as part of the “house rules.” SO, it was really, really surprising when he started running through the house, crashing into my bedroom trying to get my attention – we were up all night for many, many weeks. This was so unlike my sweet boy that, once again, I called Ursela. She told me that Calhoun was concerned about a bear who came close to the house every night and that he desperately wanted to get outside to protect us. There had been no reports of bears in our area and no physical signs. My family was convinced there was no bear. I felt that perhaps Calhoun might have a touch of “doggie dementia” and that he was conveying what he perceived as a threat, aka, a bear to Ursela. His behavior continued on and off and we tried to appease his anxiety by giving him free reign of the house. Ursela’s gift was confirmed quite “by accident” TWO MONTH’s later when a friend on the road parallel to our road talked about the bear(s) – yes, plural, roaming in the neighborhood since Thanksgiving (right when Calhoun’s erratic behavior had started). I was STUNNED and could not wait to HUG Calhoun when I got home – what a brave boy to want to sleep outside in the winter cold so his scent would ward off the bear. As I drove up the driveway, Calhoun came running to greet me, ecstatic. He knew that I KNEW about the bear – talk about BIG doggie tears. I suppose I could share more amazing stories but what I really, REALLY want to say is this: Ursela possesses a remarkable gift. I would recommend any one suffering from intense grief consider using the Essence I'm not sure how it works but it does. As for our little Miss Dancer, we saw about a 50% improvement tonight. She actually sat with us and let us hold her for more than an hour (between the 2 of us) My husband, Bruce, is very excited with her progress.
Here is an interesting note. Earlier this evening, I showed Dancer the bottle of Flower Essences and asked her if she would like some of Ursela's magic. She sat and watched intently as I opened the bottle. When I held the dropper up to her she opened her mouth and licked the dropper . We did that several times tonight . She is an amazing little dog! She understands the essences are helping her.
